With the New Year upon us, it’s time once again to make those resolutions. Usually, our resolutions will include leading a healthier lifestyle, exercising more, smoking cessation, or a variety of other things.

Sometimes these resolutions will last a week, some will last a month, or some will last even longer. Forming good habits are essential to leading a healthier life in 2015.
