It’s an exciting time to be alive these days in Beaver County. The cracker plant is coming, real estate developments are taking off, and the health and wellness industry is expanding as well. It seems like a new gym or wellness professional is popping up every other day.

One of the most exciting things going on is SouLift Fitness. It is one of the OGs in the Beaver County fitness scene (originally founded in 2011), but it has a new home in Bridgewater! The new location is much larger than the previous one in Brighton Township, leaving much more space for activities.

Let’s take a deeper look into Soulift and how it might just be the best option for you if you want to get in the best shape of your life in 2019. So grab your popcorn (without butter and salt, of course) and let’s get into it.

Soulift Fitness was created in 2011 by David Pavkovich. David spent many years in the flooring industry, which fed him and his family but didn’t feed his soul. It was not until he discovered his passion for fitness that he started turning his life around. Using this as inspiration he wanted to start helping others on their journey to optimal health. Soulift was founded with a few mottos in mind that still hold true today:

  1. We want you to only strive to be better than yesterday.
  2. We want you to be able to save your own life.
  3. We want you to positively impact everyone that you come in contact with.

David started SouLift by training clients in the park over the summer months. Eventually, he got so busy that people started to request he keep going into the winter. So he decided to rent a space in Ohioville. In just over a year they outgrew that location and upgraded to a bigger, more conveniently located facility. Soulift has called that place home until now. May 2019 brings about a new chapter in the Soulift Fitness story. David decided to move to a larger location that is more centrally located in Bridgewater. He is planning to grow the business more than ever and is offering a lot more than Soulift ever has. Small group training, one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching, and yoga are all offered, with more programs to come in the future.

Why You Should Train at Soulift

Soulift is awesome. And I’m not just saying that because I am a coach there. I have worked at other gyms before. But Soulift is different. Soulift is not your run of the mill commercial gym. There are not walls of treadmills and ellipticals. You don’t need those to effectively workout anyway. But what Soulift does have is simplicity. And in a world that overcomplicates everything, (especially health and fitness) it is refreshing. It has barbells, squat racks, dumbbells, gymnastic rings, tires, and kettlebells – the basics, which are all you need. We are  a coaching gym that takes you by the hand and gives you exactly what you need to be successful.  It also has a community that is unlike any gym in the area. These members and the coaching staff are like a big, fit family. We all care for each other. We all push each other to higher levels than we thought were possible – mentally and physically. And we produce real, tangible results along the way. You don’t need fancy equipment and the latest fad diet to see results. So, what are you waiting for? Come check out the new location and get 20% off your first 3 months. You won’t regret it, plus we are going to be doing a ton of stand up paddle boarding this summer. See you there!

For the month of May, new members will receive a pretty nice discount when they sign up at the new Bridgewater location!
