My family fell in love with Beaver over the last 15 years (moved from Sewickley 1999) & its bitter sweet to say goodbye. Over the years my mom researched some history on 701 4th Street:. House was built sometime before 1900 (deed says 99+ years & have 1900 map of Beaver with our house in it), back in the day it was College Square Elementary School’s Nurses Building (with the original wood beams in living room for the alumni who will remember ), & even has a coal cellar in the basement. Thank you YOUR BEAVER COUNTY for your kind attention to our property & Beaver’s . Hope we find a family that will appreciate & take advantage of being a homeowner in one of the best places to live, which offers unlimited gems to be discovered.
