I found this awesome picture of Pennsylvania Ave in Monaca. You can see that many of the buildings on the left are exactly the same. The post office is in the background on the right, but appartendly the George Washington School on the right was located right where the fountain is today!
I was not able to track down a year for this photo…any ideas?
