“MsE has helped me tremendously.  I had lost feeling in the tips of three fingers from a herniated disk in my neck.  After about two months of the MsE program, the feeling in my fingers started to return.  I now have all the feeling back in those three fingers.  I also noticed that my knee and ankle joints don’t pop and crack when I take my first few steps when I get out of bed.” – Dave

Daman Strength Training will be hosting the DS/GS (Daman Strength/Game Speed) Health Festival at their facility in Beaver, something that hasn’t been done on this scale in Beaver County, April 27-29.

All of this is in conjunction with the International Institute of Sport and Movement, based in Boston, MA. Who is IISM? Click here to learn more: https://www.iism.life

The health fair will be a two-day event that features a pre-certification process on Friday for those looking to gain more knowledge about Musculosystematic Engineering, and Saturday will be highlighted with three training sessions for any athlete / adult of any age, under the tutelage of IISM and renowned foot specialist, Seth Minter, aka “the foot doctor.”

Why should you attend the health festival?

  • Are you injury prone?
  • Do you suffer from chronic pain?
  • To learn how to apply MsE to your existing program.

You will learn how to apply MsE (musculosystematic engineering) to your training. This is a rare opportunity to not only gain knowledge and learn more about musculosystematics, but also to train under the watchful eyes of IISM and the aforementioned Seth Minter, who currently trains several professional athletes, including the NFL’s Tavon Austin and Mohammed Sanu.

Blackhawk grad and Dodger pitcher Adam Liberatore is a veteran of MsE. “MsE has given me back my health. I feel great, I’m recovering quickly, and pitching very well. I feel great,” Liberatore said about the program.

The trunk of the body serves as the hub.” You will explore the range, angles, and control of the legs and arms as extremities that expand your movement capabilities. Foot dexterity, pelvic girdle and scapular stability are a few of the areas of concentration as you dive deeper into healthy human movement.

“MsE kind of just works without you realizing it’s working. One day I just realized I could do exercises easier and without pain. My shoulders range of motion became better yet it has become more stable even with a tear. I can do movements that at one point were very uncomfortable. I used to wake up and my shoulder would be stuck in a position and it was too painful to move it. I can’t remember the last time that happened. And I’ve only had one dislocation since starting mse and that was in my sleep so I don’t count it.” – Jackie A.
