Excellent article, Marc! I started bootcamp 9 months ago and DST 3 months ago with the long term goal of feeling and looking great at my wedding which is next month. It didn’t take long for me to realize that bootcamp and DST were going to be a part of my life for a long time, and that 10 month goal of my wedding was actually only a stepping stone. I have so much more I want to do. I’m grateful for the opportunity I was given to learn about DST and try it out.
