International Institute of Sport and Movement – Pittsburgh (or IISM), formerly known as Daman Strength Training, has been training and preparing athletes to participate and compete at a high level in many different sports. Wrestling is a sport that is gaining traction as one of the more popular, up and coming sports in western PA. IISM Pittsburgh created a program tailor-made for wrestlers – ages 10 through 17 – which will prepare them for the wrestling season, one of a handful of winter sports played in the state. This three (3) month program, called “Clutch Camp,” will take athletes right up to the start of the season. Here are some of the important details. The cost is $187 per month, a reduction from $277 per month. Three days a week, athletes will train at IISM. Two are dedicated to strength training, and one is dedicated to speed and movement, specifically designed for wrestlers. In addition to that, there will be a a free “take down” clinic from 11 am until 12:30 pm with local wrestling coach P.J. Mastrangelo.

Clutch Camp begins August 27th and ends December 1. Space is limited to the first 10 wrestlers who sign up, so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
