A few months ago, we wrote about a relatively new and exciting endeavor from Daman Strength Training called the “Fit Moms Challenge.”
We asked some of our readers who would be interested in giving their lifestyle a boost through this challenging program. Quite a few women answered the call, and over the course of four weeks, saw amazing results and continue to feel better each and every day.
The Fit Moms Winner
As in any type of challenge, a winner was crowned. This one was based on percentage of body fat lost, not overall weight loss. The winner lost a total of 7.4 pounds and 4.1% of her body fat, allowing her to take home the grand prize of $300 cash.

And one of the most important aspects of the program that sometimes goes unnoticed is their new found outlook on eating healthy. That component is extremely vital to one’s success in any program they take part in.
