Well, it seems as though the winter temper(ature) tantrums are over with and the weather has finally broke in submission of spring time! Now we can all start doing the things we love again such as riding around with the windows down, planting flowers, golfing, eating your meals outside, and (if you’re one of the running enthusiasts here at Your Beaver County,) that means lacing up the tennis shoes and going for a run!

Whether you’re trying to work toward a goal, get in shape, beat a personal record, run for fun, or if you’re just looking for a little motivation to stay active, road races are a great way to do any of those! We know not everyone is capable of running over 26 miles in the Pittsburgh Marathon next weekend, so instead, we have compiled a list races that everyone can do! Here are the upcoming summer races in Beaver County:

Forever Family 5K Run and Fun Walk

Persevere for Parkinson’s 5K

We can also help you find some great places to train for these races and, of course, you can always consult with the experts at Lloyd’s for all your gear and equipment needs!
