The Summer Movement Camp is BACK!
This 3 month Summer Camp will introduce fitness, nutrition and help your child build the confidence they need!
They’ve targeted high school athletes, moms, dads, ex-athletes, and now they’re going after a completely different target audience: the non-athlete. That’s correct. Daman Strength Training is launching year two of a class that is specifically geared toward adolescents who don’t move, don’t exercise, and have low confidence and self-esteem: the Movement Camp for Kids.
The coaches at DST want the kids who are playing PS4 or Xbox 1 three or four hours a day to join them. These coaches want to transform the lives of kids who ordinarily wouldn’t even touch a weight, a sandbag, or a kettle bell. Why? Because they want to make a difference.
Movement Camp for Kids was VERY popular the last two years. In fact, these classes have often sold out. The goal is to create and form new habits for adolescents who, as I mentioned, lack any sort of exercise or movement in their lives. I’m sure everyone can think of at least one type of young teen who can benefit from this program! The Summer “Movement” Camp Training Days
- $127 Per Month / 3 x Per Week
- 10 SPOTS ONLY!!!
- Monday June 11th – Saturday August 11th
- Monday’s 1:45 pm, Wednesday’s 1:45 pm, Saturday’s: 11:00 am
- Age Range: 10-14 years old (boys & girls)
- This program is open to any child!
Important Upcoming Dates for Children and Parents
- Saturday June 19th: Tour the Facility / Meet the Coaches 11:00 am -12:00 pm
- Monday June 11th: 1:45pm (1st day of training!)
