It’s an exciting time to be alive these days in Beaver County. The cracker plant is coming, real estate developments are taking off, and the health and wellness industry is expanding as well. It seems like a new gym or wellness professional is popping up every other day.
One of the most exciting things going on is SouLift Fitness. It is one of the OGs in the Beaver County fitness scene (originally founded in 2011), but it has a new home in Bridgewater! The new location is much larger than the previous one in Brighton Township, leaving much more space for activities.

Soulift Fitness was created in 2011 by David Pavkovich. David spent many years in the flooring industry, which fed him and his family but didn’t feed his soul. It was not until he discovered his passion for fitness that he started turning his life around. Using this as inspiration he wanted to start helping others on their journey to optimal health. Soulift was founded with a few mottos in mind that still hold true today:

David started SouLift by training clients in the park over the summer months. Eventually, he got so busy that people started to request he keep going into the winter. So he decided to rent a space in Ohioville. In just over a year they outgrew that location and upgraded to a bigger, more conveniently located facility. Soulift has called that place home until now. May 2019 brings about a new chapter in the Soulift Fitness story. David decided to move to a larger location that is more centrally located in Bridgewater. He is planning to grow the business more than ever and is offering a lot more than Soulift ever has. Small group training, one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching, and yoga are all offered, with more programs to come in the future.
