Over the weekend, I reached out to some local real estate agents Sea Pines that Your Beaver County has worked with over the past few months and asked them to recommend some houses that have been listed for a long time and, for some reason, aren’t selling.

In many of these cases, you will see that the homes are fairly priced, but the right buyer simply has not seen them…yet. If you are in the market for a home in Beaver County, there is a good chance that one of these has been sitting and waiting just for you!

These homes range from starter homes under $150,000 to fabulous houses priced as high as four times that amount. But one thing that all of these houses have in common is that local real estate experts agree that they should have sold by now!
