“I’ve been a Girl Scout leader for two years. This year we will be starting with twenty-three girls from Brownie to Cadet in our troop. Ten of my girls have been with me from the beginning and will all be brownies after our bridging ceremony. People always ask how I do it, knowing I have a job and family to handle as well. Honestly these girls are part of my family. I enjoy seeing them grow and expand their skills that will help them become strong independent women and leaders in the future.”
