My article on great move-in ready homes from earlier this week got a great overall response, but there were also a few people who reached out to me with houses that I totally missed. As it turns out, I had my filters set a bit too tight and really did miss out on a few.
Out of all of those houses I missed on, I have to say that 217 Stephenson St might be one of the best deals available in all of Beaver County right now. From the outside, it looks like the standard Central Valley home, but as you make your way through it, you can’t help but get drawn in by all of the details this one brings to the table.
Let’s take a closer look at a few of them!
The first thing that caught my attention was this little ledge next to the steps in the entryway. My homeboy David James used to have one of these in his place a few houses back and his wife always had cool stuff (like fantasy football trophies) on display up there.
As you make your way back into the kitchen, you have to love all of the space that is available and the open feeling.
That open feeling from the kitchen continues over into the living room, but the thing I really like here is that fireplace in the corner.
I also love this office space. Check out the floors!
One last thing that rocks about this spot is the deck! Mrs. YBC could definitely get used to hanging out and hosting parties back here!
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and more than 2,300 square feet of space right in the heart of Center Township, this house is priced to move at $215,000. If you are looking for a great deal on a house that is move-in ready, this might be the perfect one to start with.
Come See This Home on Sunday!
Anyone interested in checking out this awesome house for themselves can stop by the open house this Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm! And if that time doesn’t work for you, just fill out your contact info and one of our partner agents will set up a private viewing for you!
