One of my favorite things about living in Beaver County is that real estate prices have always been very reasonable. After buying my 3 bedroom house right on the river for just a touch over $100,000, I actually feel like I am getting a deal when I write out the mortgage payment every month. Important thing here is to make sure the contract done properly (check the Swiftbonds professional recommendations on the matter).

But just because there are great deals to be found in Beaver County doesn’t mean that there aren’t also some really fabulous houses out there that are priced much higher than my little house on the river. (Get it? Like little house on the prairie, but on the river? I’m so clever!)

If you are looking to buy a really spectacular house in Beaver County, there are definitely some out there. So today we are going to take a look at the current listings at or above the $600,000 level.

If you’re like me, this is all about dreaming big. I’ll probably never be able to afford one of these castles, but a boy can always dream, right?

125 Robert William Way, Beaver Falls – $1,200,000

This is the ultimate estate for anyone who has ever dreamed of owning their own 28 acre farm. As you pass through the automatic gates and enter the property, you instantly feel at home. Not only is the home here fabulous, but so is the custom eight stall barn. So if you are a horse lover like Maura, you really can’t do much better than this!

3071 Legionville Rd, Baden – $1,099,000

At first glance, you might think this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom is nice, but it doesn’t really scream “One Million Dollars” either. But when you factor in that it is situated on almost 45 acres of land that contains its own gazebo, lake, and swimming pool, it takes on a whole different perspective.

205 Richard Dr, Aliquippa – $975,000

Located right in the middle of Center Township, this amazing house is really capable of blowing your mind both inside and out. On the inside, you have a spiral staircase, fabulous kitchen, and an amazing master bathroom. But if you stay outside and head around back you will find a patio and pool setup that makes everyday feel like a vacation.

1175 Dutch Ridge Rd, Beaver – $849,900

The first thing that caught my eye here is the five stall garage. You could definitely fit plenty of cool toys in there!

Since this house was just built in 2014, if offers many of the newer features that you might be looking for in a dream home. It has a magnificent open floor plan, an enormous kitchen, lots of recessed lighting, lots of big windows, and a great pool area out back.

3920 Tuscarawas Rd, Beaver – $699,900

This house was built in 2011, but if you told me it was finished yesterday I would believe you. It looks that stunning inside. The two things that really stand out to me are the gorgeous floors and the amazing ceramic tile shower in the master bathroom.

260 Noll Rd, Georgetown – $689,000

My wife doesn’t really like big houses, but this adorable Cape Cod in Georgetown that sits on almost 58 acres would be right up her alley! This one was built in 1999 and contains 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and tons of custom woodwork.

193 Evergreen Trl, Beaver Falls – $619,900

This one just looks awesome from the outside. And when you head inside it doesn’t disappoint there either. The rooms are all large, and I could definitely see myself occupying that office space. Then there is the back patio which looks like it was taken straight out of a movie.
