“I’ve been riding since 1977. I’ve been racing since then, except for the past few years. I was the 40 and over Men’s Downhill Champion from 2007 all the way up to 2012. Lake Placid, NY, that’s where they had the ’82 Olympics. I raced down that mountain. Took me 11 minutes to get down the hill. It was phenomenal, to race where Olympic skiers and stuff went down.”
