piper

Hello! My name is Piper. I am a 4 year old spayed female. I came here as an owner surrender because my owner could no longer care for me. Potential adopters should know that I have interacted with other dogs in playgroups and I would do best with a dog that matches my playstyle or even a little calmer than me, however small animals like cats, rabbits or guinea pigs are not for me. My family type would consist of adults only, children can make me nervous (probably because they have a higher energy level than me and I’m more of a laid back, couch potato type) so it’s important that my future family doesn’t put me into situations where I would encounter them. I absolutely adore getting attention from adults and I am a total love bug! I can play all day long or cuddle up with you on the couch. When I get super excited, I make the most awesome snorting noises! I have been having a blast here sun bathing in the yards and getting all kinds of good treats! Although it has been so much fun here, I think that a home to call my own would be even more fun! Check out my video of me playing in the snow or come visit me today!

Piper’s is one of the happiest gals around. She absolutely loves attention and is content any time she is with people! Although we think Piper is super cute- it doesn’t seem like too many people have been interested in her! The staff all thought that Piper needed a fun day away from the shelter, so we decided to take her on a little adventure! Check out Piper’s day out!
