carmen

Hello! My name is Carmen! I came into the shelter as a stray that had been running at large. I was very scared when I first arrived, but the shelter staff has helped me come out of my shell a lot! I can be very wary, shy, and aloof at first; but don’t let that discourage you. Once I get to know you and I learn to trust you I’m as loving and playful as they come. To the staffs knowledge I have not lived with other dogs before, so I would need to meet any potential house mates or play mates before going home with them. To the staffs knowledge I haven’t lived with cats before, so I would need to be cat tested here before I can go home with them. The staff think I would do best in an adults only, just because little ones overwhelm me. Please come and visit me today; I’ve been wanting a home of my own for so long now, and I’d just love to find it with you and your family!
