For the second month in a row, Rick Cianfaglione is Beaver County Auto’s top performing sales person! Congratulations, Rick. If you’re in the market for a new car in 2019, be sure to ask for Rick when you visit the dealership!
1. What’s the best thing about working at Beaver County Auto?
I know its probably been said over and, and over, but it truly is the people. I don’t just mean the employees, but customers as well, that truly make the experience, everyday, great. I spend A LOT of time at the dealership. Most people, especially my family, think I’m crazy for the amount of hours I put into this, but I enjoy every minute of it. It’s the family style atmosphere. It’s the relationships we build with our customers. It’s the same faces, smiles, laughs, and attitudes of the people I surround myself with every day that make it very easy and satisfying to get up ready to do it all over again.
2. What’s your favorite car on the lot?
2019 Ram 1500 pickup truck. Hands down best looking, best driving, best overall quality pick up truck on the market. Period.
3. What’s the best vehicle for winter weather?
Any of our vehicle’s! More specifically any vehicle in our JEEP line-up. Every one of them, from the Renegade all the way up to Grand Cherokee, and everyone’s favorite Jeep Wrangler, are all TRUE 4 wheel drive. They even have a setting specifically for snow. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
4. What’s a typical day at work like?
Every day is different. The people might be the same, but everyday is different from the last. I try to stick to somewhat of a routine, just to keep myself busy, if i’m not with a customer. Mostly I’ll start my day following up and making sure all of my previously sold customers are satisfied, and if I need to do anything else for them (schedule service appointments, product questions, etc.) that normally takes up a good portion of the morning. Before lunch i’ll spend some time in our service department checking in on customers, having service done, to make sure they’re satisfied as well. I’ll take an inventory walk after lunch to check on new trade-in vehicles, and to freshen up my product knowledge. The rest of the day is mostly spent with appointments, and/or on the phone/ social media/email scheduling appointments for my week.
5. What’s your favorite place to eat in Beaver County?
Mario’s! Either location, they’re both fantastic. First of all, it’s family owned. Mario and his family are always there, either in the kitchen, talking to guests, just making sure everything is perfect. They’re just a great family with a lot of passion for what they do, and it shows in their food and service. Do I really need to say anything about their pizza!! I mean, “forget about it!”
6. How can customers reach you in the event they want to purchase a vehicle from you?
