As part of our ongoing, year-long partnership with Beaver County Auto, we will continue to feature a sales person of the month. Last month, the #1 sales person award goes to John Hall. John recently was voted “best new car salesman” and “best used car salesman” in Beaver County! John is one of the most well-known, professional sales people in Beaver County. We conducted a brief interview with John so that you may get to know him better, and if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle from their dealerships in Chippewa, make sure you ask for John.

1. Tell us a little about yourself.

I went to Western Beaver High School where I played football for the Golden Beavers. I then studied at Pittsburgh Technical Institute, and earned an associate’s degree in architecture and mechanical engineering and design. I am the proud father of two boys, ages 11 & 16. My hobbies include cars and car shows, fishing, camping and quad riding, socializing with my friends and family, and going to Steelers, Pens, and Pirates games.

I’ve been in the automotive business since 1999. I started out at Friend Pontiac Buick GMC in Bridgewater. I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 18 years, and I’ve spent most of that time at Beaver County Auto as a sales associate.

Lastly, I was voted the best car sales person in 2013 by readers of the Beaver County Times.

2. What led to you becoming Sales Person of the Year?

I set personal goals for myself and set up a game plan on how I can attain them.

3. What’s the best vehicle on the lot?

The best vehicle I like in 2020 is the Jeep Gladiator trucks.

4. How have you been so successful?

Hard work pays off. I make it happen there’s no failing in a commission-based pay job. I have a family to support.

5. What’s your favorite meal in Beaver County right now?

I enjoy going to Harry’s every Friday night with my family to eat fish. My mom has been battling cancer for a long time so I look forward to Fridays with them.

6. How can customers reach you in the event they want to purchase a car from you?

Potential customers can contact me on my cell phone 724-513-6652 or by stopping by the dealership Monday through Saturday. My email is or on Facebook – Johnny Hall.
