But there’s only so many ways that I can tell you how much I love the new car…and I don’t want to bore you with the same old stuff…so let’s focus on the little things that happened while I was in the process of leasing my new car that really showed what Beaver County Nissan is all about.

1. The Cool Finance Guy

Every car dealership I’ve ever worked with has had a finance guy…and most of them have been really strange.

That’s the part I hate…where they make you walk back into some dimly lit office in a corner that stinks like old cigarettes. Total buzzkill.

I was expecting that to happen at Beaver County Nisssan, but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, polite way that finance manager Ben Stewart introduced himself to me.

While we worked through the monster stack of papers I had to sign regarding both my trade-in and the new lease, he kept the mood light and made me feel completely comfortable…and his office didn’t stink either!


2. The Sweet Cars

Of course, at the root of my Beaver County Nissan experience was the fact that every vehicle on the lot is equipped with some of the coolest features I’ve ever seen anywhere. Really cutting edge stuff.

I talked a lot about the Maxima I got to test drive a few weeks ago. But looking through the showroom, I noticed that this was not unique to just the Maxima. All of these cars are awesome!

3. The Maintenance Package

Once we reached an agreement on the basic terms of my new lease (which was also super easy), I was presented with the opporutnity to add a routine maintenance package.

In my experience, anything they try to sell you after you agree to a deal is probably not worth it. But things were a bit different at Beaver County Nissan.

They offered me a pacakge that includes all of my oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections for the entire length of my 36 month lease….and it costs $5/month.

Do the math. I’m coming out miles ahead on the oil changes alone!


4. Watching the Car Being Prepared

Another awesome aspect of Beaver County Nissan is that they let me stroll into the service area and watch while my brand new car was being detailed and programmed for me.

This was a hell of a lot cooler than sitting around a boring lobby wondering what on earth was taking so long. When you’re watching the guys wipe down the wheels, you actually want them to take longer. 🙂

5. Intro/Setup Help

Ok. So it’s 2015 and every car comes with a pile of fancy stuff that the salesman needs to explain to you before you leave. I expected that I would have to sit through at least a half hour of the salesman trying to figure out how to set the clock and setup the bluetooth for my phone.

However, I was plesantly surprised by the fact that the salesman actually knew what he was doing. And then I was completely floored when he gave me the option to let me go without wasting anymore of my time. Because at that point, all I wanted to do was floor the gas pedal and go!


6. No Pressure

As I was on my way home following my big purchase, it occurred to me that at no point did I ever feel pressured into making a decision. They let me control the entire sales process and make all the decisions at my own pace.

I don’t know about you, but this is not the experience I have had with previous car purchases. You know, the ones where they lock you in a tiny room and turn up the heat until you say yes.

In case you can’t tell, I loved my experience at Beaver County Nissan and I absolutely LOVE my new Maxima. I wanted to verify for myself that these guys were as good as I had heard, and they lived up to the hype and then some.

If you’re even considering looking at a new Nissan, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to make the trip up to Chippewa to talk to some of their experts.
